Lauren Curtis On How She Stopped Dating The Wrong Guys

It's a terrible feeling when you think you've found the perfect person only to find that they don't want you as much as you want them. You wonder what you did wrong and why your feelings weren't reciprocated. You wonder what you could change about yourself and try to think of all the ways you could get them to stay. But the reality of it is that if someone does not value you enough to try and make the relationship work, then they are not worth your time.

I watched this video on YouTube and it really resonated with me because I recently went through a very similar situation. I love how Lauren openly talks about her history with dating the wrong guys and how she dealt with losing the first person to treat her the way she felt she deserved. Rather than being angry and bitter about her breakup, she finds peace with the outcome and shares how she made the choice to look at it from a fresh perspective.

P.S. I'm definitely going to check out It's Called A Breakup Because It's Broken
