I can no longer access or find the Mend App in the App Store, what happened?

On February 29, 2024, we announced we’d be sunsetting the Mend App on March 31, 2024. Subscribers received instructions via email for how to transition to Mend Classes. If you had an active subscription and can’t find the email with instructions for transitioning to Mend Classes, please email Team Mend at hello@letsmend.com with a receipt of your app subscription purchase and they’ll reply with instructions to help get you set up in Mend Classes!

Are there refunds on Mend Classes?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on Mend Classes, as you get access to the entire class upon purchase. We kindly ask that you read through all the class details and browse the curriculum before enrolling.

How do I request a press interview?

Do you accept writing submissions for the Mend Blog?

We put out calls for pitches on our social media accounts (mostly Instagram and X) when we’re open for submissions, so we recommend keeping up with us on there to know about any calls for pitches!

How quickly should I expect a response to my customer support request?

We respond to customer support inquiries within 48 hours, so please nudge us if you haven’t heard back within 48 hours! We’re a small but mighty team, which is why we ask for a 48-hour grace period. Thank you for your patience!
