How to recover from burnout

Get back in the flow of life

Take a deep, cleansing breath and imagine for a moment that...

  • You didn't wake up with instant dread for the day ahead
  • You knew how to cope with the symptoms of burnout
  • You had the mindfulness tools to support you as you recover from burnout
  • You knew how to prevent a period of burnout from happening again in the future
  • You felt excited and proud of the life you're living and creating
  • Your thoughts were clearer and you made more space for what matters to you most

Burnout is not your fault.

You don't have to feel shame or guilt about being burned out. There are larger forces at play that contribute to the rising levels of burnout we're seeing all over the world. The journey inward, the one you've begun just by landing here, is how you address burnout's effect on you.

So what can you do about burnout?

Healing burnout requires compassionate support, and that's precisely what this holistic program will provide. In this evidence-based program, you'll gain a better understanding of why you're burned out, how to address your symptoms of burnout, and how to prevent a period of burnout from happening again in the future. You'll learn research-backed strategies and practices, including mindfulness exercises that are specifically designed for the burned-out brain and body.
